Mr. Rehman has obtained a degree in the Bachelor of Arts and LLB Honours, a Masters of Law LLM, and a Diploma in Tax Law from IBA. He is enrolled with the Sindh Bar Council as an Advocate of the High Court and specializes in litigation pertaining to Taxation, Customs, NAB, Constitution, Property, Banking, and consumer laws. Mr. Rehman is also equipped with considerable experience pertaining to general civil and criminal litigation. He represents a variety of clients before the Hon'ble High of Sindh at its Karachi, Hyderabad, and Sukkur Benches, District Courts, Custom Courts, AntiTerrorism Courts, Banking Courts, Taxation Tribunals, Commissioner SRB, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums. On the non-contentious side, Mr. Rehman advises numerous companies, firms, and enterprises in their corporate and regulatory affairs. Additionally, Mr. Rehman has great experience in the property sector specifically building & construction matters as he has previously represented Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) in their cases before High Court Court as a panel advocate. Mr. Rehman also takes great interest in mattes related to co-operative societies and matters related to SECP and other regulatory bodies.
